I have been trained both in evidence-based (e.g., CBT) and alternative (e.g., NLP) therapeutic methods. 

I offer support in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental way. I help bring awareness of emotions and help resolve issues by understanding thoughts and feelings. I like inspiring people to feel more connected to themselves and the world.


I am a qualified drama teacher and a practitioner of NLP and visualization techniques. My coaching approach will make you realize your true potential. You will learn how to utilize your creativity to feel more in control of your life.

About Me

I started studying counselling and therapy techniques as well as psychology 20 years ago. I have obtained postgraduate qualifications in psychology, counselling, psychotherapy and drama education. I have a friendly, non-judgemental attitude to others. People usually feel very comfortable opening up to me. I am happy to connect with anyone regardless of their cultural background.

I have been educated in different types of evidence-based therapeutic methods (e.g. psychodrama, autogenic training, CBT and mindfulness techniques) which are very effective in maintaining mental health. I select and tailor the techniques according to my client's individual needs. I have a holistic approach to life and have also studied alternative methods such as yoga, meditation and breathing techniques that help manage stress.

I am trained in psychodynamic approaches so I can help my clients find the root cause of their problems. I look at all aspects of a person (physical condition, social connections, personal beliefs) in order to improve their well-being. I feel it is important to approach life from all angles.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by their code of ethics.

Counselling - Integrative, CBT, Creative and Spiritual Therapy

I have worked in different mental health settings, and in multicultural environments to practice how to connect with people of diversity. I tailor sessions to the client’s individual needs by practising integrative counselling and non-judgmental listening.

I aim to assist you with learning how to cope with difficult emotions - regardless of what triggers them - and to change dysfunctional behavioural patterns that make you feel trapped in a vicious circle. We may combine different approaches or you may choose to stay with the cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) model.


You may benefit from my counselling style if you are in a life situation that involves upsetting experiences (e.g., grief, life transition) and you want to maintain good mental health as well as develop coping skills for anger, anxiety, and mild depression. I encourage you to see reality from different angles. I can teach you techniques that help you stay in the present moment, in the “here and now”, to avoid ruminating too much on mistakes and events of the past.

Holistic Approach

Taking a holistic approach allows me to realize whether your SPIRITUAL beliefs are essential for your emotional well-being. I take your social background and spiritual beliefs into account when I put myself in your shoes to understand your mindset. The way you use words and the images you see in your dreams can say almost everything about how you view the world and yourself. For this reason, I believe that interpreting metaphors and unique symbols in your life can be very helpful to build better mental health and fight depression or anxiety.

Creativity

Creativity plays a vital role in mental health and well-being. Encouraging clients to get engaged in creative tasks is my favourite method to help them experiment with new perspectives and behaviours. ​Visualization or mental imagery is a creative exercise to boost your creativity. It works through symbols and metaphors to ease your mind. Constant worrying and anxiety prevent you from achieving your goals. Besides, anxiety may lead to severe health problems. My guided visualization and imagery sessions are tailored to your needs, and your inner world in order to help you find balance.

Life Coaching

As a life coach, I use CBT, NLP, visualization, meditation, and drama techniques to help you grow as a person.


As a life coach, I make sure that my clients continuously stay focused on their goals. Rational thinking and logic are very important but for a balanced life, we also need to use the source of our creativity.


I apply drama and theatre techniques in sessions to develop creativity, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. It is an easy way of getting more confident in terms of making your own decisions.

Life coaching is for those who have a goal on their minds and take it as a project that needs to be completed. We set a goal (eg. losing weight, becoming a better communicator) and we work towards it with full attention. You need support to stay focused on your goal and remain motivated.


If you feel that you need to discuss anxiety-related emotions or want to resolve traumas that relate to your past, I would rather recommend counselling for you.


Email Based Counselling and Coaching

Email-based sessions are just as effective as face-to-face or video therapy. Some people do not like to talk about their emotions and deeper thoughts. Others can explain themselves better in writing. These kinds of sessions may help you to detect significant symbols of your dreams as well as the underlying, unconscious factors of your behaviour. From a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) aspect, you may figure out your dysfunctional thinking patterns more easily via writing.


The search for symbols in your dreams or the activity of journaling (writing down your thoughts and feelings on a daily basis) can lead to a better understanding of yourself and your connection with others. I will give my reflections on your thoughts and feelings, offer some emotional support, and introduce different coping techniques tailored to your individual needs.


After agreeing on a session, I will send you a questionnaire to evaluate where help might be needed and how I can assist you best. I then take into account all of your answers and generate a lengthy reply filled with insight, techniques on how to improve your situation, and emotional support.

Fees & availability

An initial counselling session is £30 and will take approximately 40 minutes.


Individual therapy is £65 per 60 minutes

£60 per 50 minutes

Couples therapy is £85 per 60 minutes


Life coaching sessions may differ from therapy sessions in terms of pricing.
